We were three families, and almost everyone got bitten. It must be because the room was too dirty or there were too many mites in the beds. Anyway, everyone had a lot of bites on their bodies. Our kids' faces and bodies, and our legs were all covered in bug bites. I strongly advise against staying here!"

The towels were old and frayed, and there were loose tiles in the bathroom. The one positive aspect of my stay was the staff. Despite the shortcomings of the hotel itself, they were friendly, professional, and provided very good service. Overall, the experience did not live up to the expectations or standards of a five-star hotel."
